Every system – whether we’ve built it from components or taken delivery from a vendor – goes through a full build and test cycle in our config centre before it leaves us.

We take all our orders off the shelf, put them on the bench, and run them through a rigorous stress test before they’re shipped to you. This streamlines the installation process by weeding out any defective components or items that need replacing.

For full environment builds, this also means connecting servers, switches, and storage with the right cables and verifying interoperability before everything is packed for shipping.

Data Capture

Every system is inventoried using MaaS (Metal as a Service), giving us a complete, permanent record before dispatch.

What we capture:

  • Component inventory and serial numbers
  • MAC addresses and IPMI addresses
  • Passwords and firmware versions

That record stays with us, so if you need to know exactly what’s in a system six months after deployment, we can tell you.

Pre-Staging

For customers who need more than a standard build, we can go further: applying OS installations, BIOS settings, asset tags, and custom labels before anything leaves the building.

Transceivers can be sorted and grouped by use case, so your team knows exactly what goes where on arrival.

That means by the time your shipment has arrived, your team can get straight to work.

AI Lab

Our AI Lab provides a dedicated environment for testing and evaluating new infrastructure technologies before customer deployment.

From GPU platforms and high-performance networking to storage and software integration, we use the lab to validate configurations, assess compatibility and understand how systems perform together.

This hands-on testing helps us make informed recommendations, identify potential issues early and reduce uncertainty when deploying complex AI and HPC infrastructure.
